As the Group Marketing Manager, you will lead in managing and guiding the European store marketing team to deliver against business KPI’s for 1st party and 3rd party new software releases, pre-
order campaigns, promotions, brand, paid media and also the video business.
Oversee the execution and planning of marketing campaigns across multiple marketing channels including paid media, owned and earned, PR, retail and 3rd parties.
Lead a newly created team : shaping their roles, responsibilities and objectives and interface with internal media and PR experts, Marketing analytics and external creative, PR and media agencies.
Ensuring campaigns meet and exceed commercial targets and KPIs such as ROI, revenue, new transacting accounts and ARPPU.
Direct ownership of all facets of the Store marketing including digital marketing, retail, research, brand, all consumer messages and events where applicable.
Driving Store awareness and sales in physical retail environments including creation of unique channel specific products, trade marketing, gifting and promotional mechanics and toolkits.
Identify opportunities to enhance our targeting, measurement and ROI, using Business Information Services and consumer insight data.
Governance of how the Store as a brand is used across the region.
Lead cross functional teams to plan and deliver campaigns, building effective working relationships with various departments such as merchandising, design, PR, legal, trading, channel owners e.
g. eCRM and product planning.
Experience / Qualifications
Bachelors degree required. Concentration in Marketing, Business, or Communications preferred. MBA or other advanced degree a plus.
Relevant entertainment or retail online marketing experience.
Proven track record of ability to manage, coach and lead a team.
Ability to manage multiple high priority projects at one time and able to deliver whilst also ensuring your time is guided and working effectively.
Strong analytical and quantitative skills with a proven track record in data-based decision making, and comfortable with financial and operational analysis.
Experience developing omni-channel strategies to reach key customer segments.
Solid understanding of both bricks-and-mortar and online retailing.
Fluency in English, with excellent verbal, written and presentation skills (foreign language and international experience is a plus).
