An opportunity has arisen for an experienced individual to be part of the Finance Team, assisting the Finance Operations Manager in shaping its accounts receivable service to maximise debt recovery.
Your key purpose will be to provide an effective debt recovery service to the University and to manage the Finance Administration Team.
You will assist in the collections and co-ordinate operations to ensure accurate invoicing and timely collection of tuition fees and other monies.
This role will assist the team in Debt Recovery to improve performance and ensure compliance with the University’s standards for invoice processing and collection.
You will provide a range of high quality services to our students and customers and work in partnership with other agencies.
You will also manage the Finance Administration Team with support from the Finance Operations Manager.
The successful individual will be results oriented and computer literate, with excellent telephone and negotiation skills and have the ability to manage and motivate others to achieve results.
You will also need to maintain a current knowledge and awareness of relevant legislation, policy, procedures and practice.
