The Strategic HR Business Partner is responsible for aligning business objectives between management and our people. This role will serve as a partner to management on all human resource matters across our global Betting function.
Partners with the BU leadership to align business and HR strategy
Formulates partnerships and acting as a sparring partner to the function management to deliver value added service
Consults with line management, providing HR guidance where necessary
Works closely with management to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention
Collaborates with local HR generalists to execute global strategies for the function across multiple locations
Works with HR group to develop and execute solutions, programs and policies on a local level
Conducts effective, thorough investigations in order to manage and resolves complex employee relations issues
Maintains in depth knowledge of international employment law requirements, liaising with the legal department where necessary
Identifies training needs for business units and individual executive coaching needs
Provides day to day performance management guidance
Extensive HR Business Partner experience in a fast growing matrix organization
Experience in Betting or High Tech industry
Bachelor s / Master s degree in HRM or related field
Working knowledge across all HR disciplines including Talent Acquisition, Succession Planning, Talent Development, Learning & Development, Compensation Benchmarking / Levelling, Performance Management, International Labor Law
Experience working in an international environment and across multiple countries
Culturally sensitive and aware
Understand the importance of linking HR strategy to organisational strategy
Experience building and maintaining internal stakeholder relationships and consulting senior management
