Are you an experienced Office Manager that's looking for a new challenge?

The role :

  • Day to day office management of a catering company
  • Invoicing
  • Menu, function sheet and taste cards typing
  • Maintenance of the filing system for past events
  • Management of the stationary cost and budget
  • Monthly event / business analysis
  • Ideal candidate :

  • At least two years experience in a similar role
  • Can do attitude
  • Excellent time management and ability to work to tight deadlines
  • Hands on approach
  • The company :

  • Leader in the industry with over 30 years of presence in the industry
  • Modern approach to the work atmosphere - you will not be !a number"
  • The package :

  • Up to 26K per annum (depending on experience)
  • Meals on duty
  • Monday - Friday work pattern
