Becoming a Contracts Administrator with Capita Page One :

As the Contracts Administrator you will be responsible for monthly cash collection targets and debtor days calculations.

You will ensure customer queries are completed and invoices raised correctly whilst managing your personal ledger.

What you will do :

  • Ensure all customer cancellations, correspondence, invoices and phone calls are dealt with in a timely manner and accounts are reconciled in line with the contractual agreement
  • To liaise with the sales team, making sure that an excellent quality of customer service is maintained at all times encouraging customers to pay within term.
  • Forecast the team’s monthly cash collection.
  • To maintain a continuous flow of mail merge letters chasing customers for payment.
  • Maintain a tidy ledger by allocated payments against invoices and transferring unallocated payments and credit notes to the appropriate holding accounts.
  • Manage Paging and Connect account ledgers as allocated by Manager, including credit control, account queries, correspondence and contract terms
  • Your experience will include :

  • GCSE (Grade A-C) in English & Maths, or equivalent qualification
  • Excellent IT skills- preferable a working knowledge of Excel and full understanding of basic formulas
  • You will be a great communicator, both verbally and written
  • Previous administration experience
  • Stronger organisation skills
  • You will be able to work autonomously to deadlines
