Senior Research Fellow in Organisations and Impact Saïd Business School, Park End Street, Oxford RSIV : Competitive Salary
Saïd Business School wishes to appoint an internationally leading academic in the field of organisational theory and / or social impact.
The postholder will provide outstanding teaching and academic leadership to the Organisational Studies and Strategy and Innovation faculty groups at the School.
This is a permanent, full-time faculty position based at Saïd Business School, Park End Street, Oxford.
The successful candidate will have a doctorate, an established substantial international reputation, and a commitment to a programme of intellectually rigorous, up-
to-date, and relevant research in organisational theory and / or social impact that is publishable in the top tier academic journals.
An outstanding track record of publishing in these journals is essential. The candidate must also be able to support and supervise research students and junior colleagues in their research.
The successful candidate will be expected to contribute to the School’s graduate teaching programmes, in particular the MBA and as well as executive education programmes.
A proven record of, and commitment to, outstanding instruction and teaching in organisation studies topics and / or social impact is essential.
The candidate will be expected to take part in University examining as and when requested to so, supervise graduate students including doctoral students entering academic employment.
The successful candidate will be expected to contribute to the development and management of both Organisation Studies and Strategy and Innovation groups at the School.
And to act as a PI od Co-I in developing and implementing grants.
Salary will be competitive relative to senior-level appointments in Organisational Theory and / or Social Impact and proven academic distinction can be recognised by the University by the award of the title of Professor upon appointment.
