SKILLS AND EXPERTISE
Just as every client project is different, so we recognize and value the diversity of backgrounds and skill sets for successful candidates.
We are looking for experience in the following areas :
Financial services business consulting experience, ideally with a leading management consulting firm or in a strategic change role within industry
Strong background in client advisory and problem solving, with demonstrable analytical skills
Experience of delivering complex projects of a strategic nature against tight deadlines in a fast-paced, challenging environment
Proven capabilities in defining a strategy and / or designing a target operating model to execute against a strategy; examples include new products / markets, new external / internal offerings, cost optimisation, organisation and location strategy
In-depth knowledge of financial services / products and the competitive dynamics of the banking, wealth management, and capital markets industries such as regulatory forces, economic drivers, changing buying patterns, new market entrants, disruptive technology etc.
Ability to delight our clients through applying a strategic and advisory mindset coupled with strong content knowledge to design market leading solutions
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills; confidence in presenting to senior executives
Support acceleration of the Capco Advisory practice through pro-active involvement in key activities such as business development, marketing, proposition development, training etc.
Undergraduate or advanced degree from a leading academic program
Fitting that description, you will also need to be supremely personally motivated to work in a team where clients become colleagues too
