The focus will be to deliver excellent software consultancy services to our existing and future Administrator customers.
We work with a range of high-profile customers and provide the product, technical and business expertise to support them through projects and programmes of all sizes.
The work is varied, providing opportunities to; lead or manage implementation projects, become a technical subject matter expert, be office-based or work onsite.
Department Information The department is responsible for implementing software solutions for new as well as existing customers on multiple software platforms including EQAdministrator.
Core Duties / Responsibilities To EQ Administrator customers or prospective customers : Specify and write non-core code (PL / SQL) in order to support business requirements around, for example, workflows, interfaces, batch processing and customer-specific complex reports.
Review and understand project requirements related to data migration and data manipulation.
Deliver value to customers by advising on high quality software-based solutions.
These may include workflow design and build, screen tailoring and configuration or scripting executable rules.
Analyse and understand customer problems and opportunities, with reference to the life and pensions industry, and recommend how EQ Administrator can be used to meet customer needs.
Work collaboratively with customers throughout the full implementation lifecycle, from initial feasibility study through to full customer implementation, training and post-implementation support.
Provide support to customers in defining additional requirements and optimising requirement implementation.
Support includes tracking work through our Agile development and release lifecycle.
Work on customer sites when required, potentially for an extended period of time.
Identify training needs and deliver training to customers as part of project delivery.
Provide expertise and present demonstrations to prospective customers and colleagues from other parts of the business.
To Equiniti : Generate revenue through establishing and maintaining excellent customer relationships and promoting the growth of new business from those customers.

Skills, Capabilities and Attributes Technical ability in scripting and data manipulation.
Software implementation, preferably in the pension or financial sectors.
Excellent, and audience-appropriate, verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
Customer-focus and confidence working in new environments.
Analytical problem-solving and attention to detail.
Self-motivation and independent approach to work.
Collaborative work ethic within internal and customer teams.
Data migration and data manipulation tools.
Version control software (Git, BitBucket etc.).
