Ramsey, Sawtry, Yaxley and St Neots Early Help District Team are looking to recruit a District Family Worker to our multi-disciplinary team, this is a 30 hour post.
The role will be supporting families in their home on a 1-1 basis, completing Early Help Assessments, acting as Lead Professional, working alongside colleagues from other agencies.
Providing targeted individual and group interventions with parents, carers, children and young people, e.g. delivering parenting / domestic abuse programmes.
Enabling the needs of children, young people and families to be met where community-based support is insufficient.
You will have excellent organisational and time management skills, and will be fully proficient at using IT systems. A sound knowledge and understanding of safeguarding is essential.
