Join Siemens Financial Services as an IT Business Analyst inour IT team in Stoke Poges and help us develop, deliver and maintain businessapplications to meet agreed Service Levels and governance or compliancerequirements.

Role and Responsibilities :

Manage and support system developments as requiredby designing and configuring to agreed specifications, testing and documenting.

Working with 3rd party consultants to develop systems as per businessrequirements.

Provide proactive maintenance andsupport in conjunction with Support / Systems teams with an aim to ensure nounplanned down time of business applications.

Ensure all current knownactivities are documented and any changes performed in accordance with agreedchange management procedures.

Responsible for ensuring all documents areavailable in agreed libraries to audit standards.

Resolve incidents as required and carryout Service Requests / Operational Tasks including diligent release managementand testing in accordance with IT Service Management standards.

Actively support business and service continuationincluding incident management and resolution through to Business ContinuityManagement (BCM)assisting with BCMtesting and or invocation.

To continually look to increase processimprovement including actively identifying new opportunities to increaseprocess and economic efficiency within the team.

Maintain customer satisfaction throughdemonstrable high quality customer support and services, routinely seeking andacting on feedback.

To ensure system compliance including systemsecurity (CERT), and adherence to FSA, ITGC requirements and other applicableinternal and external standards or requirements including providing reportingand appropriate communication as required.

Key Skills, Knowledge and Experience required :

Experience in a technical support role withbusiness process and system architecture.

Experience using financial applications, systems& platforms

ITIL V3 qualification or demonstrable considerablerelevant experience.

Analysis skills and ability to prioritise andmanage own time.

Highly self driven and motivated, able to workalone or as part of a busy geographically virtual team, demonstrablewillingness to assist colleagues and support team members in achieving goalsand objectives.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Experience using MicrosoftOperating System Support skills (Especially Windows 7) and Microsoft Officeapplications (especially MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook)
