The Focus of your role
Capgemini Group Sales is embarking on an ambitious Programme called Sales Capgemini.
The purpose of this Programme is to enable a potential Global Sales Transformation for Capgemini over the next 3 years, with the commitment to accelerate from 1-3% to 5-7% organic growth.
There is a transformation / re-invention imperative to ensure that by 2020, the Capgemini sales engine fits the market imperative.
The scope of this work is the entire Sales Engine which includes sales people, process, enablement, motivation and retention, management and channels .
The Programme involves assessing the AS-IS of the Sales model of the Group, defining the To-Be Model, and executing the roadmap.

What you'll do
You’ll undertake a wide variety of challenging project work and help Group sales optimise their business processes, people changes, improve operations and drive performance improvement.
You will be encouraged and have the licence to develop new ways of delivering value. The type of work that you might get involved in will include :
You will report to the Programme Lead and be part of the Group Sales Team of 35 people.
The nature of the projects will be different on any given month depending on focus and priorities. We will work with you to choose the right projects that can showcase your capabilities / provide stretch opportunities to learn and grow.
Some projects could require detailed analysis and insight, others may need detailed process mapping / streamlining whilst others require real political nous to navigate stakeholders in a complex matrix system.
Shaping, managing and dealing with complex stakeholders / Senior Executives across the firm will need to be handled in all projects.
The structure of the Programme will be designed and decided with an agile mentality and your input will be greatly valued.
What you'll bring
You’ll be a talented consultant with both analytical and client-facing skills and experience in a major blue chip organisation or consultancy company working across sectors.
You’ll be looking to apply creative thinking and innovative methods to our Group Sales business needs.
You’ll bring drive and commitment to own and deliver outstanding work, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
You’ll have the ability to combine rigorous analysis of complex issues and the development of insights and solutions with strong general consulting skills and the ability to present and deliver to Senior Management or CXO level.
You’ll be at ease working in mixed teams of colleagues and senior client executives and bring a proactive, can-do attitude to project delivery.
You’ll need to be credible, with the gravitas to engage effectively with C-level / CXOs on a peer to peer basis. You’ll demonstrate consulting professionalism and flexibility -
able to adjust positively to situations that involve changing tasks and / or location, shifting priorities or ambiguity.
