Housing Register Assessment Officer
Fixed Term for 2 years
Based within the Housing Services Team, you will be the first point of contact for the Housing Services Team by providing basic housing advice and give assistance regarding the housing register and associated housing issues.
Recording accurate details of all contact on the housing software system. Where necessary arrange appointments with clients to meet a member of the Housing Services Team.
This post has a significant travel requirement and you are contractually required to have a vehicle (or transport deemed to be suitable by the council) available for use as required.
This post requires you to have access to sensitive information and will be subject to a Basic Criminal Records Check. Please refer to our policy on the employment of ex-offenders for further information.
