We are looking for talented nursingStaff to join our team in Birmingham on a full-time permanentbasis,whether you are a student nurse looking to start a supportive preceptorship or an experienced nurse looking to build your career, we have plenty to offer!

About the role :

You will be working alongside like-minded professionals who share your commitment to outcomes-focused, individualised care.

Your key responsibilities will include :

  • Leading the day to day professional standards of the team within the clinical setting.
  • Making sound clinical decisions which are evidence based and support value based practice and patient outcomes
  • Supporting patients to manage their illness and assist their journey to recovery
  • Build and monitor ongoing relationships with patients, their families and carers to encourage trust, whilst listening to and interpreting their needs and concerns.
  • Complete required ward audits in line with the Clinical Governance strategy.
