The Senior Talent Acquisition Partner will be responsible for attracting, engaging and hiring the best talent in the market.
You will take ownership over your department / s, creating a number of strategic sourcing initiatives to identify the best possible people for Paymentsense.
Additionally, you will be heavily involved in helping us build a scalable, partnership driven recruitment infrastructure, with a range of initiatives and projects for you to contribute to and take ownership over.
What you will do Partner with hiring managers to understand the requirements for current openings, maintaining a consultative approach at all times.
Proactively engage with passive candidates through a variety of sources. Whilst we use Linkedin Recruiter and Job Boards we want people who know this isn’t the be all and end all of sourcing.
Seek to go above and beyond to find the best people on the market. Hold detailed interviews to truly understand the candidate’s suitability.
Advocate the importance of Candidate Experience. Provide smart, concise reporting to your key partners. Use data to your advantage, and utilise our ATS system to its full potential.
Participate in networking events, and be a brand ambassador for Paymentsense. Partner with the Head of Talent Acquisition on key projects and initiatives.
Be honest, solution oriented and passionate about what you do What you will bring... A strong knowledge of recruitment and operating in a strategic, partnership focused capacity.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to instill confidence in hiring managers and candidates alike. Experience of using and effectively utilising ATS systems.
The ability to thrive within a pressurised, fast-paced and ever changing environment. Innovative, flexible and adaptable in your approach.
Commercial acumen and a desire to understand talent trends and the fintech market. Excellent organisational and administrative skills.
The willingness to suggest new approaches and initiatives with the subsequent confidence to own and manage them. The maturity to respond to knockbacks or challenges without being disheartened.
