This exciting, multi-faceted role involved working with our different Health Markets businesses, in the clinical solutions, health education, and life sciences segments.
You will be taking the lead on strategic projects and get involved in both strategy development and strategy execution.
You will work closely with our management teams and report directly to the SVP Strategy, Health Markets.
The role is based in London.
Support and / or lead strategic projects across the business, working collaboratively with our BU teams. These can be in such areas as : Accelerated growth strategiesNew product / offering developmentNew business modelsM&A sourcing
Support the Health Markets businesses in the annual strategic planning process
Prepare strategy presentations
Conduct strategic deep-dives on new market and product developments
Design and conduct data analyses across various data sets, e.g. product usage, financial data, sales data; and derive actionable insights
Market & competition
Help us build perspectives about our markets, including market sizing (supply / demand side), growth, competitive dynamics
Help the businesses translate strategies to business cases and execution plans
Drive the implementation of data-driven measures for progress on executing our strategies
Excellent academics, to advanced degree level (MBA or PhD)
Minimum of 2 years strategy experience with a top-tier strategy consulting firm
Expertise in one or more of the following segment : information solutions, EdTech, health education, clinical solutions, life sciences.
Ability to manage strategy projects from start to finish : from work plan to recommendations
High level of energy, professionalism and trust, a leader by example with a Can Do attitude
Creative and pragmatic problem-solving skills
Excellent analytical skills ability to apply objectivity and rigor to problem solving
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
Financial acumen : able to link strategy to finance and commercial performance
Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to synthesize findings clearly and present on executive level
Exceptional quantitative skills, e.g., ability to perform statistical analyses of complex datasets
Willing to travel (Up to 20% of time)
Fluent in English (speaking and writing)
