The jobholder will provide general technical support and guidance across our clients Digital Services estate, in particular installation and support services to Front Office client enterprises devices, software installation and configuration in support of customer user requests
equirements in both Corporate and Educational establishments.
The jobholder will also answer and log customer calls.
MAIN DUTIES :
Support our clients Digital Services infrastructure by completing the following tasks in accordance with existing policies, procedures and standards :
with previous experience in Windows desktop technologies and working in an ICT support role. Jobholders must also hold a current driving licence.
