You must live within 1 hour of Plymouth for this role as you will need to be on site for training!
This role will start on site and then move to work at home after training and grad bay (approx. 2 weeks). You will require the following computer and internet connection to do this role once you start working at home :
October 19th. We also have another start date on the 2nd November.

What you need to know
Temporary Full Time contracts of 37.5 hours a week however we may consider part time requests. Our customers need to be able to contact us throughout our opening hours : Monday to Sunday, 7am-11pm.
These opening hours may extend during our peak month of December. Your shifts will be scheduled within these opening times.
As a customer service advisor we aim to publish your shifts 3 weeks in advance. Pay rate of £8.20 (under 25) or £8.72 per hour (25 and over).
The training period is 1 week of Monday to Friday 9am-5 : 30pm before moving on to gradbay for a further week of Monday to Friday 9am-5 : 30pm and then after this your shift rotations will begin.
You will be required to complete our online application which takes approximately 30-40 minutes. Please try not to skip the IT test as this will form part of your application result.
