As a Solutions Architect, you are tasked with interpreting the technical needs and requirements of our channel partners into detailed, documented and validated technology solutions.
You will liaise with sales, channel, product, and engineering teams to devise solutions that demonstrate the full capabilities of the Meraki platform and help support the rapid growth and adoption of Cisco Meraki products across industries and the world.
Assess, understand and decipher technical requirements into validated solutions that can easily be distributed for use by channel sales.
Work with the global partner organisation to drive adoption of resources by bringing together feedback, improving existing architectures and developing a strategy to further enable technical sales.
Drive rapidly growing revenue for our most strategic partners across EMEAR through technical engagements, solution development and solution training activities.
Gain deep understanding of Meraki APIs as well as development tools that complement their use
Coordinate and conduct sales and technical training for partners that highlight Meraki solutions
Possess field pre-sales experience; ASE / CSAP grads preferred
Deep understanding of wired and wireless networking, including firewalls, content filters, routing / switching, VLAN's, 802.
11, etc ( fullstack , nimble )
Consistent successful track record of 5-10 years in a pre-sales technical role (solutions architect, systems engineer, sales engineer, etc)
Demonstrable knowledge of enterprise sales, strong verbal and written communication skills, and proven negotiation techniques
Extraordinary relationship building skills, tenacity, resilience and presentation skills.
Certifications in CCIE, CWNP, CWDP, CCNA preferred
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to multi-task and set priorities.
Willingness to travel on average 50%
BS or MS degree in computer science, computer engineering or related discipline required
