Securitisation Services Manager

£70,000.00 - £80,000.00 Location : Manchester Permanent

Role

Due to significant growth on the back of a number of highly publicised client wins, our client, a Financial services business based in the heart of Manchester, is looking for a Securitisation Manager to take ownership of the function and take it to the next level.

The successful individual will have a diverse of responsibilities covering :

Managing the Cash Management function for all SPVs including timely satisfaction of contractual obligations and ensure accuracy of all cash distributions, any monthly and quarterly reporting and all investor reporting

Liaising with, and oversight of, all external parties involved with the SPV's

Liaising with the financial, operational and data teams to ensure efficient integration of financial information and analytical data into the data framework and systems

Provision of accurate accounting information in order to facilitate the preparation of SPV statutory accounts, and to liaise with external auditors as part of the annual audit process

Developing systems, processes, procedures and controls to enhance reporting and increase departmental efficiency

Identifying any potential issues and anomalies in data received and to interact with the business in order to resolve them

Working with all stakeholders / clients, understanding their requirements and working to fulfill them.

Applicants should possess strong analytical skills with a natural ability to understand complex data and to ensure it is presented in a clear and understandable way.

Whilst Securitisation experience would be an advantage for the role, it is not an absolute pre-requisite applications are more than welcome from technically astute Accountants (Qualified / Part-Qualified or QBE) who have a strong grasp of cash management / cost management, as an example.

You must be able to prioritise and calmly manage multiple demands for reporting from both external and internal audiences.

Given the huge strategic importance of securitisation to the business, this is role in which one can really make a mark from Day1.
