We have several exciting opportunities for Customer Service Professionals to join us in our Glasgow Contact Centre. We’re looking for positive, passionate people to come and join our team who have experience within Commercial Insurance Services or working as a Sales professional, to sell and serve customers with our market-leading business insurance products
Joining us as a Customer Service Professional, you’ll be an essential member of the team handling queries from new and existing commercial insurance customers.
You’ll have strong communication skills, with the ability to build great relationships based on Integrity and trust. We always put the Customer First in everything we do, so we want someone who strives to go the extra mile for them.
At AXA we’re adopting a hybrid way of working, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the Glasgow office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers.
Working Hours and Shift Pattern :
Full time, 35 hours per week over 5 days, 8-hour shifts between the hours of 8am and 6pm.
Induction and Training :
Induction Date : 29th November 2021
You’ll receive a comprehensive 3 weeks onsite induction from our specialist trainers to set you up for success in your new role at AXA.
