ENGIE are recruiting for a Preformance Manager to be based in Birmingham, B18 7QH with some travel to sites. This is a permanent full-time role working 37.

5 hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary, company vehicle or allowance and benefits package.

Working hours : 37.5hr per week Standard : 09 : 00-17 : 00 Monday-Friday

On offer is a salary banding of £45,000-£56,000 dependent upon skills and experience

About the role :

ENGIE are recruiting for a Performance Manager to be based across two of its prestigious Healthcare Contracts Royal Worcester Hospital & Birmingham City Hospital.

We are looking for someone with a strong background in contract performance management and compliance as we will need you to hit the ground running .

You will be responsible for the delivery, management, and continuous improvements of the contracts KPI’s, SLA’s and service delivery.

The key aims of this role are to ensure operational delivery complies with the contract services specifications and to create / drive a culture of continuous improvement within the local teams.

Main Responsibilities / Duties Include :

  • Proactively monitor KPIs and SLA performance so that any issues are resolved to avoid failure
  • Managing weekly, bi-weekly, quarterly, bi-annual and annual reporting data against all site KPI’s to feed into month end reporting, including capture of follow-on jobs
  • Production and presentation of monthly contract performance reports and payment mechanism reports ensuring contractual deadlines are achieved
  • Calculate service deductions and service failure points incurred for performance failures and unavailability to be submitted within the reports.
  • Review performance failure mitigations where appropriate

  • Carrying out internal stress test’ audits on performance including reviewing paper based KPI’s where electronical compliance monitoring is not possible
  • Undertake trend analysis on KPI data to drive performance improvements
  • Co-ordinate response to client performance audits where these are requested. Capture and close out audit actions
  • Work with the operational teams to ensure that planned maintenance activities align with performance targets
  • Work with the Projects teams to ensure that KPI timescales for response are met including return of requests for general information, business case and feasibility study data
  • Work alongside Commercial and Finance teams to ensure the correct processes are in place at an operational level to deliver the outputs of the contracts
  • Ensure processes are consistently reviewed to ensure operational excellence
  • Hold Review meetings with the contract teams to review performance, opportunities, and risks
  • Embed an effective regime for capturing Customer / User Satisfaction with the services being delivered. Produce Customer Satisfaction reports.
  • Ensure Contract Deliverables schedules are in place and monitored
  • Support the Operational teams with tracking all NCR’s on the contracts and working with them to close these out
  • Required Qualifications, Skills or Experience :

  • Enhanced DBS Check, must be able to pass to progress with this role
  • Experience of complex payment mechanisms required
  • Advanced level Excel skills required
  • Experience of PFI contracts highly desirable
  • Ability to understand data, spot trends and prepare reports highly analytical
  • Proven financial acumen essential with demonstrable commercial experience and business acumen
  • Excellent communication, influencing and facilitation skills
  • High standards of numeracy and written communication
  • Extensive experience of Helpdesk and CAFM management is essential
  • Process design experience is essential
  • Proficient in the use of all Microsoft IT packages including Visio
