Job Purpose

Working within the Support team providing solutions to customer queries through the Support ticket system and Live Chat. You will be responsible for supporting our Customer Success Managers with our CRM and Lead Forensics Portal including educating other colleagues of new releases to the portal.

Responsibilities

  • Supporting internal and external customers via ticket system
  • Having full knowledge of the Lead Forensics portal
  • Liaising with our IT and Data Verification teams
  • Provide solutions to problems that may arise from our software and existing customers
  • Supporting our customers via Live Chat on the LF portal
  • Train CSM's / new starters on the CRM and LF Portal
  • Weekly support meetings

  • Working Hours : Full time / Permanent Live chat rotation hours :

    9.30am 6.00pm
