Job Description

  • In charge of the welcome team, you are taking care of the guests welcoming and wellness.
  • As team player you will provide a different experience to your internal and external clients.
  • In charge of the process follow up you will insure that all the Accor values are shared and respected.
  • Work In close relation with all departments you will make sure the guests journey is the smoothest possible.
  • Conveys the hotel's image
  • Work Experience

  • At least 3 years’ experience in the hotel industry
  • Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
  • A strong team player.
  • Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities and the ability to lead by example
  • Proven ability to build and maintain good relationships with all stakeholders
