The Role :
As a Registered Manager you will be responsible for managing all aspects of their residential services to ensure that the highest standards of person-
centred care are provided.
Key Responsibilities :
Overall responsibility for the management of an 4 Bed Children’s CSE Home.
Ensuring that the home meets the high standards of care, and help to develop the company to achieve the maximum quality of care for the Children and Young People.
Support and supervise staff to ensure the efficient running of the home.
Safeguard and promote welfare of Children and to ensure that quality of care is consistent with National minimum standards.
Identify risks and take the correct action in line with company policies.
Qualifications & Experience
Level 4 Leadership and Management for Care Services or Health and Social Care OR Level 5 Diploma in Health and Social Care and Childrens & Young Persons Workforce
Proven experience or running a children’s residential home including recent positive Ofsted inspection reports
Supervising / Managerial Experience
Proven experience of budget management
