Job Description

Senior Manager Business Development-1081931 As a Senior Manager Business Development you will have theresponsibility to significantly grow the KBR Consulting sales of IntegrityManagement within the European region by expanding our customer base in thelocal market.

The ideal candidate should have an established business networkwith major oil & gas companies in the region and a documented track recordof selling service related offerings.

In addition, experience selling servicesin the onshore markets is a positive. The role will focus on engaging multiplelevels of the clients’ organization to position and sell Consulting’s abilityto add value to their projects. RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS

  • Establish and manage relationships with new clients within theregion
  • Identify and qualify new sales opportunities to build a robust salespipeline
  • Identify key decision makersand influencers within the client’s organization
  • Establish strategic salesplans to ensure award & successful execution
  • Position offerings andeffectively communicate the value proposition to stakeholders
  • Negotiatecontractual agreements with clients
  • Manage expectations (internal andexternal) to ensure award by agreed upon dates
  • Frequent communication withsales leadership and operations
  • Deliver sales results based upon assignedsales quotas
  • Report, maintain, and track regional sales performance to ensureconsistent results
  • DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • outside consulting / sales experience
  • Experience selling consulting and / orengineering services is required
  • Previous experience of executing Consultingstudies is desirable.
  • Existing business network with oil & gas companiesin the region
  • Ability to maintain highfrequency interactions with clients
  • Ability to ask questions that identifyclient drivers and influence decisions
  • Ability to communicate effectively with mid- to high- level decisionmakers
  • Ability to work independentlywithin the region with remote supervision
  • Experienced in a consultative salesmethodology to develop opportunities
  • Experience in strategic salesmethodologies are required
  • Experience negotiating commercial agreements
  • Experience using CRM software to track and manage sales opportunities
  • Willingness to travel overnight >
  • 50% of time as required
