In order to carry out this role you will need to be an experienced user of Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel. It is important that you can show you have the skill to be able to use management information systems that are bespoke to Sheffield City Council.
You will be joining a busy team and should be comfortable working to deadlines. An empathy and understanding of the issues faced by vulnerable adults who are homeless or at risk of being homeless are important.
