This role will enhance customer satisfaction through acting as a proactive first point of contact for customers to ensure that all processing, administration and handling or order and customer queries are dealt with efficiently and effectively.
review and maintain customer order book, with a focus on on-time delivery KPIs and maximise periodic sales forecast by shipping to meet requests.
