As Rainmaking enters its next phase of growth, we are looking to recruit a dedicated Product Manager to lead, manage and evolve our portfolio of services related to corporate startup engagement.
Role & Responsibilities
The Product Manager will be responsible for : -
Defining the product roadmap for Corporate Startup Engagement by working closely with our customers and our regional sales and delivery teams to ensure our services are solving a real customer problem
Manage the current portfolio of services, through the creation and management of playbooks that support our regional teams to drive sales and delivery
Support the sales teams in the creation of sales assets around our services to ensure they have the relevant information to create sales proposals and support the teams to help them close deals
Work closely with the sales and delivery teams to create P&L’s for new projects to inform the approach to pricing
Define a scalable approach towards scouting that allows us to track the startup ecosystem across our key industries and supports the delivery of local programmes.
Digitise relevant products and services within the Corporate Startup Engagement product suite to help scale and reduce the cost of delivery
Define new high growth products and services we should develop to ensure we continue to lead the market and are evolving our offer to meet emerging customer needs
Manage a team of freelancers including designers, developers and subject matter experts across projects.
Skills, Experience & Mindset
Experience in managing successful products and services around corporate startup engagements such as accelerator programmes or running pilots with startups
Demonstrate customer centric approach to product development
Development of commercially successful digital products-Ability to prioritise when faced with conflicting opinions
Experience of managing high performing project teams
Great at working with and influencing key internal and external stakeholders
Successful track record of bringing to market new products and services
Entrepreneurial mindset, identifying new opportunities
Successfully train and support sales teams to help accelerate sales
Demonstrate investment into your own continuous personal development
Ability to prioritise competing tasks & manage expectations
