HRIS Analyst Professional Services Central London up to £40k

A great opportunity has become available for an HR Systems Specialist, with experience of HR Systems, to join a large organisation based in Central London as their HRIS Analyst.

With demonstrable experience working in an HR and / or HR Payroll system support role, you will possess strong reporting and data skills, be highly organised with a meticulous eye for detail and accuracy and be a proactive team player.

Key responsibilities as the HRIS Analyst will include :

  • Acting as a first point of contact for all HR systems users
  • Investigating issues raised
  • Liaising with systems / software providers
  • Assisting with future HR / Payroll system planning, designing developing and implementing as needed and preparing support documentation, user guides and training materials
  • Undertaking audit checks of data to ensure accuracy of database information
  • Build Management Information reports using Business Objects for both standard and adhoc reporting

  • What we’re looking for :

  • Previous experience in an HR / HR Payroll system support role preferably within a professional services environment
  • Demonstrable experience working with HR systems
  • Strong reporting and data skills (advanced MS Excel)
  • Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy
  • Highly organised
  • Logical mind
  • Experience of evaluating, developing and improving business processes
