About the Role Future Finance is changing the consumer credit landscape in the UK, by expanding access and opportunity to students and young professionals.

To date, we have helped over 11,000 students to access University by removing the financial barriers to entry, and now we are expanding our product mix to even better serve ambitious students and graduates.

To do this, we need to know our customers - past, present, and future. As Customer Insights Manager, you will sit at the intersection of Marketing, Strategy, Analytics, and Capital Markets and apply expertise from across those departments to understand our customers.

You will partner with our leadership team to develop company strategy and goals, share updates with the Board, and work with teams across the business to drive actionable insights and business impact.

This position will report directly to the CEO. About You As Customer Insights Manager, you will be a source of knowledge in the company who will pioneer new solutions and ideas.

Working with our senior leadership, you will set and execute strategic visions and plans, grounded in data and inspired by possibility.

You will provide strategic guidance to identify new opportunities within the business and marketplace to help Future Finance grow.

You are passionate about digging into the details, but have a big picture understanding of what the data is showing. You combine a love of data with insightful business judgment, and have the impactful communication skills to develop and execute company wide growth initiatives.

You are not afraid to push back and challenge accepted thinking within the organisation. Your Responsibilities Be a thought leader within the company, passionate about exploring new ideas and opportunities Provide actionable insights to senior management to influence strategy, performance, and growth Conduct trend and risk analyses of the current market landscape, identifying growth levers, visioning and prioritising to assist in developing new opportunities Analyse complex business problems using data sets from internal and external resources Build customer profiles, and identify customer segments that are under-

penetrated or could be expanded into Review reporting and analytic methodologies and implement recommended improvements Contribute to complex and time-

critical projects for senior management by quickly understanding context and developing a prioritised business approach for resolution Communicate findings to senior leadership by preparing polished presentations and identifying key takeaways and action items Generate forecasts, recommendations, and strategic / tactical plans to actionable items Lead and participate in special departmental projects as needed Your Skills And Experience Execution focused, with intellectual strength and the flexibility to quickly metabolise complex issues and provide workable solutions Clear communication and presentation skills Strong negotiation, mediation, and influencing skills Demonstrated analytical and problem solving mindset Self-
