The Global Performance Marketing Team is seeking a results-driven, growth-focused individual to execute Seagate’s forum and social media strategy in EMEA.
These programs will build awareness, traffic and engagement, customer acquisition and revenue for the Seagate and LaCie brands.
The position will be based from our Maidenhead, UK office.
In this role you will :
Define the regional forum strategy for EMEA markets.
Execute the EMEA social media strategy across Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, and others for the Seagate and LaCie brands.
Direct the day-to-day tasks and operations of the social / forum media agency of record.
Ensure strategic alignment with global and local marketing teams.
Own EMEA social media publishing calendars and paid social media budget by country.
Strategically grow and strengthen Seagate and LaCie’s social performance and presence among key customer segments in EMEA markets.
Drive communities and forums programs in key EMEA markets to improve brand sentiment and share of voice.
Support and coordinate other digital marketing activities in EMEA and coordinate with global marketing team.
Identify loyalists and influencers within our social media communities that can be activated to drive brand preference.
Support global social media team with local implementation of social programs, including communities / forums and influencers.
Coordinate with global analytics and insights team and drive social media intelligence in EMEA and provide insights through social listening as needed.
What you can bring to Seagate :
Proven success with managing social media programs at scale, and a deep understanding of the social media landscape.
Understanding of online forums and communities (i.e. Reddit) with community management experience.
A keen eye for high-performing / quality content and the ability to provide creative insights on content execution across social networks.
Experience with tools like Spredfast, Sprinklr, Hootsuite, etc., a plus.
Experience and knowledge related to the entire digital marketing stack , specifically marketing automation, social listening, and content creation (Adobe CC experience is a plus).
Outstanding attention to detail with superior time and project management skills.
Experience writing and presenting ROI-driven marketing campaign plans.
Solid written and oral communication skills; copywriting experience is a huge plus.
Creativity, cross-collaboration ability, and a make it happen spirit.
