We are looking for someone with substantive experience in a graduate recruitment, training, or careers guidance role. You should have a passion for, and experience of, working with students.
Excellent communication skills, a proven ability to develop valuable working relationships, and a positive, innovative and flexible approach to work are also required.
It would be advantageous, but not necessary to have experience related to Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics.
