Jobs like this involve managing a caseload of commercial first and third party damage claims, in a cross-class discipline, using agreed claims processes to achieve settlement and business objectives.
You will be responsible for supporting the customer through the claims journey and driving all aspects of the claim to settlement as quickly as possible while delivering a fantastic customer service.
You will liaise pro-actively with internal and external suppliers to ensure the delivery of goods and services within agreed timescales and costs.
You will be desk based dealing with customers and third parties on a one to one basis, although you will also work with other colleagues and be part of a team.
You will have strong communication, negotiation and organisation skills. You will build and maintain strong, dedicated working relationships with key stakeholders and clients.
Supporting more experienced colleagues in the handling of non-standard cases.
