Job Description
Inspect machine and make machine adjustments, set machine counter at beginning of each shift, and operate machine according to work instructions.
Verify correct raw materials (including packaging) and correct identification numbers are being used (lot numbers / operator number / UDI Labels if applicable).
Perform line clearance as outlined in SOP for the product.
Perform in-process visual, measurements, physical count, and manual inspections of finished product to detect defects, and record results appropriately.
Place finished product boxes on pallet.
Notify the Material Handler to change materials as necessary.
Verify correct material is loaded after each roll change.
Notify Maintenance / Supervisor of detected defects and machine maintenance needs.
Assist in the training of new employees.
Adhere to safety, housekeeping, regulatory, and quality system requirements associated with production.
Support production and quality related activities as directed by maintenance / supervision and other levels of management.
Perform any other job-related tasks.
The Successful Applicant
Have experience in a similar role previously, working in a regulated environment
Constantly ensuring the safety and security of goods in all production and logistics operations raw materials
Must be able to lift 12kg repetitively

Hourly Rate of between £9-£12 per hour
