Role Details :

In the role of Business Analyst you will be required to ensure that project implementation is guided by a solid interpretation of what the business wants / needs.

Assess the implications of a given change and offer workable solutions.

Key Accountabilities :

Business analysis delivery responsibility for assigned tasks on projects; key design decisions will be escalated in line with agreed design governance frameworks.

Work in accordance with the agreed project lifecycle framework and will ensure decisions are made according to agreed principles.

Adhere to the agreed rules for decision making (e.g. specific limits for expenses will be set across the company).

Produce Business analysis deliverables in line with BCM standards & best practice (including traceability).

Complete governance reviews of the overall project deliverables matched with the Business Analysis output to ensure processes / procedures are applied.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required :

Evidence of process mapping ideally aligned with BPMN standards.

Proven ability to demonstrate skills for : requirements gathering, solution design, workshop facilitation and managing risks.

Detailed knowledge of business analysis and of Industry best practice.

Good stakeholder management skills, up to Delivery Manager level.

Full knowledge and experience of relevant Business Analyst tools and techniques.

Strong level of planning and personal organisation.

  • Good understanding of commercial, financial and legislative requirements.
  • Strong member / customer focus and ability to promote this same focus and culture across the wider team.
