Job Description

You will be accountable for the following :

  • End to end P&L accountability for the UK subsidiary
  • Managing significant customer relationships - through your sales team as required
  • Amazon channel execution excellence
  • Team management and development
  • Work with the parent company to help execute brand strategies
  • The Successful Applicant

    You will have the following attributes :

  • Excellent track record in sales in the UK toy industry
  • Strong network across the UK toy industry
  • Understanding of independent channels as well as multiples
  • Excellent understanding of Amazon and other online channels
  • Be able to lead by example as a "player / manager " within the sales team
  • You must live within a commuting distance of London
