    Lifetime Commission

  • We offer a guaranteed lifetime commission on all client deals you bring to the table which is backed by contract.
  • Gross / Total Sale Commission (not margin / profit only commission)

  • You’ll benefit from 10% open and 10% closing commission on any clients that you source who turn into customers, as well as commission on any recurring services such as hosting, maintenance, support, etc.
  • If the customer continues to grow thanks to your efforts, your commission will continue to grow too.

  • This ongoing commission is backed by contract and continues for the duration of the client’s work with us, even if you leave us.

    We are looking for an experienced Sales Director with a breadth of knowledge across sales in the digital web design and development technology sector who enjoys working in a demanding but rewarding environment.


    If you’re a megastar in taking an entrepreneurial approach to business development and can find creative ways to seek and nurture leads, must have a hunter approach to bring new business, then this is the role for you .


    Mandatory Skills at least 3 year + experience of working in a Digital Agency

    Demonstrated at least 1 year web sales experience, selling of bespoke custom websites (Mandatory requirement)

    Have a successful track record in business development

    Must have proof of sales i.e. KPI report l Target report l Payslips (showing commission earned or sales)

    Comprehensive hands-on experience in Web Development and 2 years of coding experience and knowledge

    Business Analyst and Technical sales desired

    Take an entrepreneurial, self-motivated approach

    Be able to work autonomously and take accountability for your performance

    Have proven B2B Digital Agency sales experience

    Be keen and passionate about the digital industry

    Proactive, dedicated and self-motivated attitude

    Be comfortable dealing with SME's at the board / owner level

    Know what it means to be a genuine team player

    Have a strong understanding of typical / core business processes

    Have excellent written English

    Ensure proposals, reports and other documents are attractive, effective, clear and accurate, enhancing brand identity

    A high level of proficiency in :

  • Deliver key revenue and expansion of your business unit.
  • Assist the new business efforts through your own professional network.
  • Partner with executives on client visits to add gravitas to conversations with senior stakeholders.
  • Playing a key role in recruiting and nurturing a team of talented individuals.
  • Lead management, seeking, qualifying and responding to leads
  • CRM, tracking wins and obtaining client feedback
  • Develop and improve the business development processes and collateral
  • Develop an awareness of trends, the marketplace and their competitors to help shape the business strategy
