Installed Base Business Development Manager Advanced Therapies

Siemens Healthineers are searching for an Installed Base Business Development Manager Advanced Therapies, to come and join our team.

This will be a remotely-based role, working closely with our Advanced Technologies (AT) Product Specialists, Regional Sales Managers, Corporate Account Managers & the Enterprise Solutions teams to develop mature product & IB strategies, processes, segmentation and offerings, targeting value propositions, positioning and campaigns that build demand and accelerate the funnel.

Daily duties will include :

  • Build long term relationship with competitive customers, provide leadership and direction in crucial customers' interface.
  • Understand and analyse market and competition dynamics to develop business strategy and opportunities for the sales teams.
  • Conduct installed base analytics to develop segmentation & targeting strategies.
  • Develop commercial mature product strategies (customer communications, replacement strategies, offering development, value propositions, positioning, campaigns, etc.
  • to drive growth of AT business in GBI.

  • Create, drive implementation and iterate as needed on a compelling AT competitive business plan, including but not limited to opportunity development, product strategy and offerings, competitive strategies, show site and KOL development.
  • Develop Installed Base conversion programs / offerings working closely with the AT Leadership team on comprehensive product offerings.
  • Communicate AT products’ value proposition to customers and key stakeholders.
  • Provide pricing strategy for segment opportunities.
  • Continuously update the understanding of customers’ changing clinical and / or operational issues and challenges to work with AT teams to develop the product solutions
  • Identify competitive trends, market insights, customer needs and feed them to the upstream team for portfolio management and roadmap development.
  • Conduct and communicate competitive analysis of product portfolios.
  • Your qualifications and experience :

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Radiography / Radiology / Cardiology.
  • 8-10 years leadership experience in Interventional / Image Guided Treatment business in the MedTech industry.
  • Proven experience of new product introduction & commercialisation.
  • Proven experience of dealing with large scale capital buying teams in the NHS and the private health care sector.
  • Proven experience of large deal making success in the MedTech industry.
  • Proven experience of a customer-centric mindset.
  • Proven experience of direct management of high-performance teams.
  • Team oriented ability to work well with diverse, cross-functional teams.
  • Communication skills - Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Innovative develop new ideas through collaboration and execute on creative ideas.
  • Influencing skills ability to motivate external and internal customers and demonstrate organisational influence.

    Please note that although this is a remote-based role regular travel to Frimley in Surrey will be required on a weekly basis in addition to regular and frequent travel to customer sites across GB&I.
