  • Own and lead the strategic vision of Marston’s Inns for the future, making recommendations to the senior executive team
  • Take responsibility for setting expectations on REVPAR, occupancy and customer experience
  • Develop and grow your team through effective and inspiring leadership capability
  • Direct the capex and revenue plans to achieve target ROI
  • Positively contribute to the Marston’s Pubs and Bars overall strategy
  • Experience at a Head of / Operations Manager level, with proven experience of delivering strategic plans - Previous hotels / inns experience is vital to the role.
  • Have proven success stories of developing people and teams
  • Be commercially astute, defining and monitoring measure of success and be flexible to changing conditions and trends
