Airband are looking for a Telesales Advisor to handle all inbound telephone calls from potential new customers interested in getting an internet connection.
They will also be tasked with making outbound calls to sell to potential customers. The ideal candidate will have a stand out personality demonstrating Airband's friendly service from the start of the customer relationship, thus ensuring that enquiries turn into orders.
The role is suited to someone who is confident on the phone and via email, has a proven track record of selling to customers and is results driven whilst ensuring the customer is prioritised.
They will need to have excellent customer facing skills ensuring that every customer feels cared for.
Duties include :
Follow-up website generated enquiries from potential customers
Answer all inbound enquiry calls and make outbound calls to potential customers to convert to an order
Turn warm leads into orders answering all customers questions and alleviate any concerns they may have about the service.
Take, record and process orders on our systems in person or over the phone / e-mail
Go the extra mile to meet targets
Maintain accurate customer records on CRM as well as other administrative tasks as required
Accurate and timely reporting as required
The ideal candidate will have :
Previous experience doing B2C
Great communication skills and telephone manner coupled with stand out customer service skills
Drive to achieve and exceed targets
Ability to learn new systems quickly with an interest in technology
Creative thinking and problem-solving skills
Attention to detail
