Research Manager or SRE Mixed Methods

Salary £35,000 - £45,000 plus bonus (DOA)

Location Central London (Hybrid)

This is a brand-new opportunity for a method-neutral Research Manager (Quant leaning but with an appreciation of Qual) to join a well-established, method-neutral, tech-driven boutique digital insights agency! They have a long-standing relationship with big brands in tech, media, sports, and B2B, helping them thrive in the digital world!

The agency is a collection of very different individuals with a shared passion for what they do. They operate a flat and lean structure where everyone feels part of the collective decision-making.

They are able to support the development of individuals much faster through a boutique and less hierarchical environment (12 people and growing).

Ideally, you can design research projects (both quant and / or qual) with minimal oversight. An additional language would be advantageous as a lot of their ad-hoc work is international (Arabic, Asian languages are of particular interest).

If you are more quant-led, some experience with conjoint will be super helpful. For a quallie, experience in community research will be welcome!
