Role Summary :
Responsible for identifying cost saving initiatives and working as part of the global team to compile the strategies for delivering
Develops, updates, communicates and implements energy and water efficiency standards.
Develops and presents energy opportunities and survey reports.
Engages local team and the global energy and sustainability platform to identify and develop projects.
Collaborates with the global platform on the implementation and management of energy and sustainability projects in a timely and accurate fashion.
Communicate past, present and future energy plans and performance through formal presentations to account team and the client.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and analytical skills.
Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to customers.
Ability to respond effectively to sensitive issues.
Ability to solve problems involving several options in situations.
Requires advanced analytical and quantitative skills.
Good presentation skills
Basic Building services knowledge
Energy / Carbon Compliance
A minimum of 3 years’ experience in project related work.
Proven energy auditing and reduction skills / results.
Ability to work under tight deadlines
