1st Line Support Analyst required to join a well known private sector company based in Fife on a month initial contract, offering a rate of £-£ a day and has been determined to be inside IR.
Also, Due to the nature of the role you will be expected to be on site in Fife 5 days a week.
For this contract your main responsibility will be responding to and supporting any end users requests from within the company, as well as be on hand to support the overall network infrastructure.
You will handle key tasks such as configurating IT hardware, dealing with end users first hand and troubleshooting any network connectivity issues.
Essentially you will take end-to-end ownership of all IT tickets as well as all communication and overall technical resolution.
For this role you must come from a strong IT support background and have proven experience working as a 1st Line Support Analyst.
You will also be able to demonstrate the ability to configurate, maintain and troubleshoot a range of IT hardware such as laptops, mobiles Routers and Switches.
You will also be able to support a range of Microsoft Office applications such as O and Teams. Finally, you must also show solid communication skills and be comfortable dealing will multiple end users first hand.
