Learner Events Co-ordinator

Full time, permanent (52 weeks per year)

Salary; £20,137

Location; Rotherham College with travel across the group

The Role

The role of Learner Events Co-ordinator is part of the Quality & Learner Experience team. The successful applicant will be leading on the planning and delivery of learner events to support positive levels of participation in activities which complement the studies and College experience of learners.

This role leads on a variety of externally facing activities such as working with employers to support enrichment and supporting learner voice activities on campus.

In this challenging and exciting role we are looking for a self-motivated people person with excellent interpersonal skills to work across the college campuses, encouraging learner engagement and involvement with a range of activities including clubs and events.

Experience of working independently to plan and promote successful events, liaising with a variety of stakeholders is essential.

You will need to hold a minimum L2 / C Grade qualification in Maths / English as well as a L3 qualification in a relevant subject (substantial work experience is also taken into account).

A driving licence and access to your own vehicle is desirable.
