Responsibilities / DutiesTo provide a high quality credit management provision meeting the needs of both external and internal clients.
The main duties include, but are not limited to : Managing a ledger of up to 450 client accounts. Ensuring that accounts are actioned in a prompt manner and within departmental guidelinesDealing with clients with regard to the payment of bills and queriesLiaising with Partners & Fee Earners to facilitate paymentParticipating in Departmental initiativesParticipating in Departmental Team MeetingsPromoting the Department in a positive light both externally and internallyTo work with other team members in the Department with a view to providing holiday, illness and other necessary cover to agreed standardsOffering assistance to others in the department as requiredSkills / Experience requiredAt least 2 years Credit Management experienceDynamic and driven individual with initiativeExcellent organisational skills and ability to prioritise to work to deadlinesAttention to detailMust have strong organisational skills with a flexible approach and a can-
