Cloud Solutions Consultant, Digital Marketing

The role of a Cloud Solutions Consultant is responsible for helping our clients set the vision for digital initiatives, operating in a strategic advisor capacity and capable of translating business objectives into actionable recommendations on how the Adobe Marketing Cloud helps to optimise digital strategies and support them through digital and multichannel transformation programs.

A Cloud Solutions Consultant is a subject matter expert and will lead discussions on a wide range of digital marketing disciplines and will work to help guide and articulate digital solutions, operating in a flexible and iterative way with the Sales, Pre-Sales and Technical teams that are central to digital innovation and execution.

As a Cloud Solutions Consultant at Adobe, you'll be providing our clients with advice on digital change, helping them to exploit Web, Analytics, Optimisation, Campaign Management, Mobile and Social to strengthen their brand and grow their business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing advice to our clients on their digital strategy and transformation programs;
  • A deep understanding of all digital channels and emerging trends including :
  • Social Media platforms
  • Web Development / Strategies development
  • Digital Publishing across all channels
  • Mobile & Apps and everything this world entails
  • Lead strategic planning efforts for digital initiatives, including website user experience design and development, content strategy, digital marketing campaigns and social media engagement
  • Ability to translate client goals and objectives into actionable and measurable digital marketing programs and strategies.
  • Ability to audit client’s existing digital marketing efforts and develop strategies and tactics for optimisation
  • Plan and facilitate both internal and client working sessions
  • Provide creative and strategic content / input as part of the RFP or proposal process, presentations and client case studies
  • Stay up-to-date and maintain a high level of expertise in digital technologies and marketing trends
  • Participate in industry events, and be engaged in the interactive / marketing community
  • Ability to craft end-to-end user experiences, with innovative approaches to combining content, web journey, personalised experiences and marketing automation
  • Ability to translate insight into a simple, coherent strategy that responds to a given client brief
  • Experience of using resources such as trend reports, audience research and market reports
  • Participate in client workshops, presentations, and other working sessions as required.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal colleagues from a range of disciplines including Sales, Pre Sales, Consulting, Partners and Customer Care
  • Skills / Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Extensive experience developing, custom digital strategies / tactics within a marketing, PR and / or advertising agency environment or client
  • Functional knowledge of Digital Channels e.g. can articulate the wide possibilities of Digital Channels (Web, Email, SMS, Social, App, Mobile etc.)
  • Knowledge of the principles of advertising, marketing and media.
  • Ability to employ analytical approaches to solve digital / interactive / marketing problems.
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational and client management skills
  • Results-oriented, with ability to accomplish project and team goals
  • Understanding the client’s business : Spot opportunities for new briefs, address challenges with innovative thinking and advise on the role of digital communications
  • Familiar with concepts involving Web-services, SOA, Application servers, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Java and integration with back-end systems
  • Must be self-managed, responsive, and dedicated to customer support
  • Strong verbal, presentation, writing skills and organized
