About the opportunity :
Our client is seeking to appoint an Assistant Project Manager to join their Project Management and Building Surveying team, initially aligned to Healthcare Refurbishment projects for London based Hospitals.
Working closely with the company’s Employer’s Agents and Quantity Surveyors, the position will assume responsibility for seeing projects through from inception to completion, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget and to the highest quality.
In this company the role of Project Manager encompasses the management of multiple projects, taking the Client’s scope of works, putting it out to tender, tender analysis and award, and project managing works including refurbishment of live working environments.
The ideal professional for this opportunity will work closely with the client team as well as the wider Consultancy team reporting to Director of Project Management based in the London office.

About the requirements :
The ideal Project Manager for this position will have 2+ years’ experience working as a Construction Project Manager, with experience of working within the healthcare sector.
