P&SC compliance specialist
The role would sit under P&SC compliance Monitoring and Procedure cross geographical stream within Procurement Governance control function.
The main role main has the ultimate target of granting P&SC compliance with internal and external regulations across the four geographies and enhance department sustainability with specific focus on UK requirements.
In addition, the role has the responsibility in conjunction with the legal department to define contractual standards for P&SC assuring flow down of specific customer requirements supporting business with a professional level of specialised skill and knowledge on, contracting principles and policy contract documents and business provisions contract negotiation - providing training, guidance and support on complex and non complex negotiations, analysing problems, examining options and de-risking requirements enabling informed decisions and trade control policy and process and management, working either as part of a team or alone and to combine all with an extensive knowledge of business operations and commercial practise thus providing a considered, practical and timely contribution to strategic level challenges which ensures company exposure to risk and liability is minimal.
P&SC Procedures and Process Maintenance
