Job Purpose :
The FX team functions within Foreign Exchange Local markets are seeking an experienced Financial Services Technology Implementations Manager.
The team manage the technology program delivery of Foreign Exchange ensuring they are being progressed and completed on time and to budget and within the guidelines set out in Citi’s Project Management Process and Procedures.
This includes end-to-end ownership of all technology aspects including connectivity, management of specific client builds and deep involvement with application development teams.
The Team has a presence in EMEA, US and Asia.
This role may suit an individual with financial services project / Implementations management experience who would like to expand to a technology function, or to a technical financial services Implementations manager who would like to further develop their career with emphasis on implementing complex projects to a high standard.

Job Responsibilities / Role :
Assist with product development efforts across the foreign exchange business line.
Participate in business analysis, testing, and research to support product development initiatives.
Analyze technology trends to identify markets for future product development and to improve efficiencies of existing foreign exchange products.
Document business requirements and deliver same as per business schedule.
Participate in the studies for new products and projects, and assist in the development of cost models for existing and new business initiatives.
Review and prepare business requirements.
Document procedures, opportunities, best practices, project goals, and workflows.
Write and maintain documents including business requirements, test scripts, and procedures.
Support product development initiatives across the foreign exchange business, including project management support, and conduct tests to ensure that development is consistent with defined requirements.
Definition, ownership and management of the Implementation Process.
To proactively manage timely, complete and accurate updates to various weekly metrics, reports and project management tracking documents and lead global implementations from a technology perspective.
Provide detailed walkthrough of requirements and filed any questions concerns that arise.
The management and control of all issues within the in-house development environments.
To act as the central point of liaison, communications and coordination between technical teams and other stakeholders throughout the implementation and code releases across both the TTS and FXLM business.
To demonstrate knowledge of the underlying technology stack and supported / related business area.
To build and maintain effective relationships with partners across Technology, Operations and Product.
Identify issues, risks, dependencies and assumptions to ensure accurate planning;
Contribute to the team, through sharing knowledge, recommending process improvements and supporting day to day activities.
Knowledge / Experience : Requirements :
Extensive experience in Business Analysis or Operations with demonstrable practical skills in an FX environment.
Products full life-cycle exposure
Experience in working within an environment with high pressure on timeliness and quality of deliveries
A strong level of autonomy is required, as well as pro-activeness in Coordination / Project Management in structured Framework
Strong writing skills, familiar with Excel
Good communicator / Interpersonal Skills

Degree level or higher specifically within a finance or technology related field
At least extensive years working in a finance role or technology role ideally within the Foreign Exchange space for implementation.
Advantageous to have payments experience
