Position Overview

Third Bridge projects, span many areas around the globe and we are looking for a Technical Programme Manager (TPM) to scope and deliver our product and platform development initiatives.

We would like to meet experienced and pragmatic individuals who like to take a structured approach to getting the job done.

As a Technical Program Manager (TPM) you'll be a key member of our growing Engineering team who would be in charge of handling all aspects of technical programme delivery.

You will initiate programs, track their progress and serve as a point of escalation when issues arise. You will be working daily with engineering, product and commercial teams across the business.

You will manage longer running programmes and lead complex, multi-disciplinary engineering projects throughout the delivery lifecycle .

In this role you will :

  • Lead and coordinate product and technical delivery projects and continuous improvement programmes.
  • Develop medium to long term project roadmaps for technology and product development in partnership with stakeholders.
  • Identifying tools, processes and techniques that lead and contribute to the operational scalability of the agile teams.
  • Provide leadership, but not line management to ensure cross-team alignment on goals, priorities and schedules.
  • Improve our agile delivery practices (i.e. Scrum, Kanban), by coaching teams and individuals to enable high-quality delivery management within a continuous improvement culture.
  • Keep key stakeholders informed about the progress of programme milestones, and any key risks and dependencies that may impact delivery timelines.
  • Establish delivery management best practices, and coach members of our team.
  • Work with business stakeholders, product owners and engineers to develop objectives and requirements.
